Steps to make Falooda:
- Take a pan, Add milk and sugar and boil the milk.Turn off the flame and let it cool down completely. Once the milk is chilled, then add rose syrup to it, mix it and keep it in refrigerator to cool down completely for 2-3 hours
- In a glass, Add strawberry jelly then add soaked sabza seeds and pour milk…Then add Scoop of Icecream to the Falooda
- Garnish with tutti fruiti and Chopped almonds…The delicious falooda is ready to Serve..Serve chilled🌹
My version uses ingredients you can easily find at your local Indian and Chinese Grocery store. This recipe is super easy and tastes BETTER than what you can find at most Indian restaurants!! The Falooda Seeds are optional since they don't really have a flavor, but they do add to the authentic look (a little like floating tadpoles!), and are.
