  1. To boil kabuli chana… take a cooker add 2 tea bag..salt..moti elaichi 1..1 cup chana 3 cup water.. soak it overnight.. at morning 7-8 whistle..
  2. Take a bowl add all thee masalas and 1/2 cup water mix it well..
  3. Take a ghee add adrak.. hari mirch and masala water.. saute for 2 to 3 min and add boiled chana.. simmer and cover it for 10 min. Chana ready
