As I had mentioned in my earlier post on Mango rabri, I am back with a recipe of Mango rabri falooda. I have made falooda many times and home and honestly speaking, it is one of my favourite dessert. Mango puree/pulp layered with Instant Rabri, falooda, sabja/basil seeds and ice cream brings together a classic favorite which is liked by adults and children alike. Here I have used canned Deep brand Kesar Mango Pulp which has a very vibrant yellow color.

Instructions to make Mango rabri falooda:
  1. First of all,thicken the milk for rabri stirring occasionally until the milk is thick when rabri cools down add mango Puree in rabri and mix well.(dont pour Mango puree in hot rabri)
  2. Now in a another vessel boil falooda sevai for 5mins.after that drain it's whole warm water pour some normal water Keep a side.
  3. Now take a deep vessel boil falooda in a milk fr 10 mins add sugar vanilla essence corn flour until it becomes thick stir well.now off Your gas when it cools down add roohafja and chia seeds mix it well in keep in fridge for 10 mintues.
  4. Now take glass of your choice pour some roohafja in glass and shake glass in circular motion now add first layer of Falooda 2 spoon mango puree then Mango rabri and then chopped manages repeat this process for second layer.
  5. Garnish Your glass with whipped cream or tooty frutty. Serve it cool. (if you want chilled refrigerate for 10 minutes)

You can use fresh mangoes, just smoothen the fresh pulp in a blender and strain to remove any fibrous tissue. A chilled layered dessert with mango and rabri (sweetened reduced milk) as the main ingredient. It has a cooling effect because of the basil seeds and mango ice-cream.
