- Take a pan and milk in it. Let it boil on medium flame. After 2 boils add custard syrup(custard powder and 3 teaspoon milk). Let it cook on low flame for 15 min. Stir it continuously to avoid any lumpses.
- Take another pan and add water in it. Let it boil and then add seviyan in it. Cook it for 5-7 min on medium flame and then switch off the flame. remove water and all let it cool in normal water to avoid over cooking.
- After 15 min, add seviyan and sugar in milk and cook it for another 5 min. Switch off the flame and let it cool at room temperature.
- After this, add fruits dry fruits chia seeds in falooda and refrigerate for 30 min.
