  2. Sieve rajgira ata, vari ata, singhara ata, baking powder & baking soda. Mix all the dry ingredients well. Keep aside.
  3. In another bowl add mashed banana, desi ghee, sugar, yoghurt & mix throughly.
  4. Add elaichi powder & coconut. Mix well.
  5. Add the mixture of dry ingredients slowly. Start adding milk as required. Add dry mixture & milk alternately till all the mixture is finished & you get required batter consistancy.
  6. Pour the mixture in a greased tin.
  7. Bake the cake in oven at 180 C for 25 minutes.
  8. You can bake the cake in cooker or on gas stove using non stick pan. - This cake turns out little moist & tastes heavenly.
  9. Sprinkle some coconut powder and cut it.
