- In pan add ghee and oil. Add jeera.
- After crackle jeera add chopped onions saute till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste,saute 2 3 min after add tomato puri.
- Saute 4 5 minutes puri after add dry masala and saute till oil release.after add dahi and half cup water. Cook for 5 min.
- After that add paneer and cook for 10 min more on medium flam. Lastly add garam masala and kasuri methi, and cook for 5 min.
- Add finally chopped coriander. Serve.
