- Clean wash and soak bajra overnight. Tie it in muslin cloth for 24 hours. Sprouted bajra is ready to use.
- Wash and chop all vegetables.
- In a pan add ghee. Add jeera. Saute all vegetables except tomato. Add tomatoes after five minutes.
- Add bajra and all spices. Saute it lightly. Add 1 cup water. Cover and cook until done.
- Squeeze one tbsp lemon juice. Mix well. Serve hot with masala chaas.
