  1. Add millet flour and rice flour in a bowl.
  2. Add onion into it.
  3. Add green chilli, capsicum
  4. Add garam masala 1/2 tsp and kasuri methi
  5. Add salt as per your taste; add ginger-garlic powder
  6. Add water gradually to prepare a batter
  7. Add chopped fresh mint leaves or crushed dry mint leaves
  8. Leave it to rest for 10 minutes
  9. Spread oil with tissue paper on a non-stick pan
  10. Pour batter and spread it
  11. Let it cook on low flame
  12. Add oil on it after you see the holes forming
  13. Flip it and apply oil on this side too
  14. Now it's ready to serve with green chutney
