- Then add chopped tomatoes sauté for 5 more minutes once the tomatoes cooks mashy then add red chilly flakes, sugar, soya sauce and sauté for minute then add oregano (mixed herbs optional) and salt to taste mix everything together and add some water cover the lid and and cook for 3-4 minutes
