  1. To make samosa dough take a bowl & add salt, ghee in the flour.Mix or rub the ghee into the flour until it is well incorporated.
  2. Add water gragually into the flour & make a smooth but hard & tight dough.Cover the dough & let in rest for 20-25 mints.
  3. For chicken stuffing-
  4. Cut the boneless chicken into small chunks.Wash them properly.
  5. Then marinate it with salt, ginger- garlic paste, black pepper, chilliflakes, oregano, garam masala powder, vinegar about 20 to 25 mints.
  6. Take oil in a pan,add finely chopped onions & stir fry it till golden brown.
  7. Add the marinated chicken pieces & cook till the water dry.
  8. Cool the chicken stuffing at room temperature.Mix the grated cheese with the stuffing.
  9. Knead the dough again for a mint & divide it into equal small balls.
  10. Sprinkle some flour & rolled it into a thin circle.Place stuffing on one side on the circle.Gently roll the dough firmly.
  11. Mark the circle dough with a knife in the middle of the edges, make sure not to cut the edges.
  12. Make a thick paste of flour & water.Roll the dough & make a curve.Seal the corner to make a ring shape.
  13. Heat refined oil in a deep kadai on low flame.Add the ring chicken cheese samosas one by one into the oil& deep fry them till golden,crispy & flaky.
