  9. Get Oil half cup

Instructions to make Crispy Drumsticks:
  1. Wash drum sticks and marinate it with vinegar ginger garlic paste, salt pepper, 1 tbsp of each sauces and salt for one hour and put in pot and cook in slow flame with closed lid for 10 min.
  2. Then open lid and turn flame to medium high and cook until all water left by chicken dries up. keep aside and let it cool.
  3. Beat one egg and mix in meat. - - in seprate bowl Add all dry ingredients and seive it twice.
  4. Now take chicken piece coat it in dry flour mixture coat well. now dip in cold water and coat again in flour you can repeat this for 3 time if you want more crispeness…. keep it in refrigerate for atleast 15 min before frying
  5. Take a pot let it warm then add oil and let it heat up now turn flame to mediun and fry chicken pieces until golden brown.
  6. Tips: - - Steaming before frying is to ensure that chicken will be cooked properly. - Seiving flour will make the coating light and super crispy. - it is important to keep chicken in cold place before frying so that coating will remain intact on chicken while frying.
