Dosa looks so healthy and delicious. By the way can we use Bajra flour store brought instead of whole millet. This is prepared with a mixture of maida, rice flour and rava. I have used millet flour and it turned out too good and was light on tummy!

- Take a bowl add bajra add both urad daal frenugreek seeds poha mix it wash properly an soaked for five hour
- After five hrs just blend it an let’s ferment for whole night
- Next day mixed well an add chopped coriander leaves green chillies an make a dosa
- Serve it
