- Prepare 3 cups white rice (masa rice)
- Make ready 1 cup normal rice
- Get 3 tablespoons yeast
- Take 3 tablespoons baking powder
- Take 1/2 cup flour

Instructions to make Waina (masa):
- Soak your white rice in water for 6 hours.
- Parboil normal rice in water. Drain it and mix with the white rice.
- Divide yeast into two parts. Pour half and blend with the rice.
- Add baking powder and flour. Stir well and add yeast. Close the container and keep it in a warm place to be double it’s size.
- Add a pinch of salt, two tablespoons of sugar. If it’s too thick add little water. If it’s too watery add flour. If it’s okay. Leave it like that.
- Heat up the tanda. Pour half a spoon oof oil to each hole. When the oil is hot use a spoon to scoop the batter into the holes. If the sides of the batter are fried, flip it and fry the other side. Serve with miyan Taushe☺️
