  5. Now make it like a dough, keep it a side.
  6. Take a small peice of coal,put it on the flame,let it be hot.
  7. Make a well in the prepared dough,keep a small.bowl in it. Put hot coal in it.add 1 Tsp Ghee,put 2 clove in it.lid the dough for smoking 10 mimiutes.
  8. After 10 mimiutes open it.make medium balls From this.flat it.
  9. Take a Heat pan sprinkle oil in it.put kebabs in it.
  10. Roast it in the slow flame.roast it golden.
  11. Remove it from the flame.
  12. Arrange it in a serving plate.
  13. Serve it with Green chuteny or sauce.

Even when i was trying this at home before the class, it was a loved by everyone. Also it was a super hit recipe in. In addition, these millet cutlets with carrot filling are very yummy. Add the carrot puree, eggs and salt. Form the cutlets from the prepared mixture.
