- Marinate all the ingredients along with cumin, cardamom, salt, and rest for a few hours (at least 30 minutes)
- Fry onion in tajine until brown in very small quantity of Olive oil
- Add all the marinated things to fried onions
- Cover the bottom pan with top of tajine and put on slow fire for almost 1 hour
- Check after approximately 1 hour and if natural water is dry and meat seems cooked then you can remove from fire and set aside to cool. And serve with bread or rice
