A sharp knife is crucial here! Use a very sharp knife to cut off the top and very bottom ends of the spaghetti squash. Slice the squash in half from top to bottom. Use a large spoon to scoop out the spaghetti squash seeds. I don't really care how you feel about spaghetti squash.
