Steps to make Stir-fried Broccoli & Nori:
  1. Heat Sesame Oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add Broccoli, Salt and Water, cover with a lid and steam-cook for a few minutes.
  2. When the Water is evaporated, remove the lid and stir-fry until slightly browned.
  3. Add ‘Gim-gui’ OR Toasted Nori, toss to combine, sprinkle with Toasted Sesame Seeds OR Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix), and serve immediately.
  4. *Note: Alternatively, allow the Broccoli to cool, then mix with ‘Gim-gui’ OR Toasted Nori just before you serve.
