Steps to make Spam Musubi:
  1. Cook the combined Japanese rice and brown rice with water.
  2. On a separate bowl, mix the remaining Rice ingredients.
  3. Add the cooked rice into the mixture and mix well.
  4. Scramble the eggs into a bowl.
  5. Add the mozarella cheese, thyme and salt to the egg.
  6. Fry the egg mixture for 3-5 minutes or until cooked both sides.
  7. Using the spam container, cut the eggs into rectangular shape.
  8. Prepare the sauce for the spam, by mixing the oyster sauce, sugar, salt, vinegar and sake into a pan.
