  10. Get 1 Green Chilli
  11. Prepare 1/2 cup Garlic cloves

  3. Cover and set aside for at least an hour
  4. After an hour add 5 tbsp of rice flour and mix well
  5. In a kadai heat oil for deep frying and when the oil turns hot add the Chicken
  6. Now heat Half tbsp oil in a pan and add a Chopped Green Chili and ½ tbsp of garlic add the fried chicken and stir for a couple of minutes.
  7. Now add 1 tbsp of black pepper powder and mix. After mixing turn of flame
  8. Serve warm and enjoy.

There are multiple also variations of the. Wash the chicken pieces well in water. Put in a bowl, add vinegar and mix well. Then add chilli powder and mix well. Add the monosodium glutamate and mix well.
