  2. On medium low heat cook the vermicelli till light brown in colour.
  3. Then add milk and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Then add the sugar and cook until the milk reduces and thickens.
  5. Then add the fresh cream/ balai and cover and cook for 5 mins on low flame.
  6. Serve hot with tea.
