Steps to make Vermicelli Balls:
- Cook the vermicelli with enough water. Add a pinch of salt, oil while cooking the same. Drain the excess water (if any) and allow it to cool)
- Add all the ingredients from 3 to 13 and mix well with the cooked vermicelli
- Make small round balls, dip them in oil(medium flame), flip them on both the sides until brown.I got close to 12 round balls.
- Wipe off the excess oil using paper napkins and serve hot with a "wink and a smile", along with your choice of Sauce/ Chutney.
