- Put inside tenkatsu (if you eat udon or tempura you know this one right)
- Wait 3-4 minutes with low medium fire
- Put meat and flip you can add egg also. Wait 2 minutes and done.
- Prepare your okonomiyaki, first put japanese mayoo
- Second put your okonomiyaki sauce or γε₯½γΏηΌγγ½γΌγΉ
- Third put Katsuobushi or fish flakes
- Fourth and finish spread ao nori
- Ittadakimasu!!
