- Prepare 1 tb cinnamon
- Take 2 tsp turmeric powder
- Take 3 tsp amm choor powder
- Make ready 2 tb red Chilli powder
- Prepare 3 tb Kashmiri mirch powder
- Get FOR BHAAJI:
- Prepare 2 carrots
- Make ready 2 potatoes boiled & mashed
- Make ready 1 cup coliflower
- Take 1/2 cup peas
- Get 1/2 cup same phalli
- Get 3 tomatoes
- Get 2 capsicum
- Take 2 onions
- Make ready 1 tb ginger garlic paste
- Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Prepare 1 & a 1/2 tb paao bhaaji masala
- Get 1 tsp Cummin seeds
- Get 1 tsp kusoori methi
- Get 4 green chillies
- Take 4 tb lemon juice
- Make ready 1 bunch corriender leaf
- Prepare 1/4 th cup oil
- Make ready 50 gm butter
