  19. Take 2 tsp turmeric powder
  20. Take 3 tsp amm choor powder
  21. Make ready 2 tb red Chilli powder
  22. Prepare 3 tb Kashmiri mirch powder

  24. Prepare 2 carrots
  25. Make ready 2 potatoes boiled & mashed
  26. Make ready 1 cup coliflower
  27. Take 1/2 cup peas
  28. Get 1/2 cup same phalli
  29. Get 3 tomatoes
  30. Get 2 capsicum

  32. Make ready 1 tb ginger garlic paste
  33. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
  34. Prepare 1 & a 1/2 tb paao bhaaji masala
  35. Get 1 tsp Cummin seeds
  36. Get 1 tsp kusoori methi
  37. Get 4 green chillies
  38. Take 4 tb lemon juice
  39. Make ready 1 bunch corriender leaf
  40. Prepare 1/4 th cup oil
  41. Make ready 50 gm butter

  3. Sprinkle paao bhaaji masala & butter on the vegetables, your bhaaji is ready to serve.

For a more orange reddish colour, soak some dried red chillies in water n then grind this with the ginger.
