  3. Mix it all evenly, cover with cling film and let it rest for about 30-45 minutes to rise. Ready to fry now.
  4. In a frying pan, heat a tbl spn of oil, Scoop sizeable batter and fry into a rich golden brown color.
  5. Serve them while warm to accompany your tea! Easy to make so go enjoy those pancakes with a side plate of fruit salad;-)
