Remove the lamb from the first marinade and put it in a clean bowl. Toss lamb and salt into marinade; mix until lamb pieces are coated evenly. Add the lamb and turn to coat in the yogurt mixture. Cover and let stand while the grill heats. (The lamb chops can be refrigerated up to overnight; turn occasionally in the marinade.) Grill the lamb Lightly oil the grill rack.
Instructions to make Tandoori Lamb Chops:
- At first clean and wash Lamb chops properly.Then take a bowl pour the lamb chops in to it.
- Add Hung curd & all the spices accordingly (Red chili Powder,Turmeric powder,Shan fried chops Masala,Black pepper powder)in to the bowl.
- Add Ginger & Garlic paste,Lemon juice & add salt as per your taste.
- Add oil and mix well all the ingredients together until coated properly. - Cover the Bowl and keep it in refrigerator for over night or at least 2-3 hours.
- Take out the marinated Lamb chops from refrigerator.Heat little oil in a Fry pan place all the Lamb chops on the Fry pan & saute them on low to medium heat.Keep turning the lamb chops and fry each side evenly until cooked properly.
- When all the sides of the lamb chops cooked well turn off the flame & serve it hot with Onion Cucumber salads.
Place the lamb chops on the grill. Cut three or four deep slashes in each of the lamb chops, taking care not to cut all the way through the chop.; Combine the yogurt, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, Garam Masala, toasted cumin, cardamom, cayenne pepper, mace, and nutmeg in a gallon-sized reusable plastic bag. Add the lamb chops, then turn to coat them in marinade and refrigerate for four hours or even overnight. Once the potatoes are cooked squeeze over the other half of the lemon.
