- Remove chicken and add about 1/2 cup of red beer, just enough to de-glaze the pan and and create a little sauce.
- Add the chicken then the onion mixture back to the pan and cook until the sauce thickens and everything is heated thoroughly.
- Place the poached egg on top of the chicken and serve with a side salad. Very delicious and low carb!
