  4. Next day turn your stove to 350 make sure you take roast out of fridge a half hour before cooking do not cook cold meat..now add meat to a baking bag then place in oven for 4 or 5 in a half hours
  5. Take out oven let it sit for 7 mins or so…the juices need to sink in now serve
