I include instructions in the recipe card for a graham cracker crust and whipped cream topping but you can always buy a pre-made crust at the store (that's what I did for the video!) and top the pie with frozen whipped topping. In a small saucepan, combine pudding mix and gelatin. Add water and lemon juice; stir until smooth.
Instructions to make Easy lemon pie:
- Preheat oven to 350f
- Melt butter then in a bowl add the butter the crumbs and mix them until they come together, take the pie mold I use the Publix one grease it really well and start forming the crust in the Mold making it really compact when you are done covering all the mold put it on the oven for 10-15 minutes until you see the crust is getting brownish and get it out and put it on a side.
- In a blender or nutribullet add the can of condensed milk the can of table cream and the fresh lemon juice and blend together really well!
- Put this mixture in the already baked crust add green lime zest on the top for the final touch and put it on the fridge for at least 1-2 hours before consuming.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. This easy Lemon Pie is light, creamy, sweet and tart lemon pie with a thick graham cracker crust.
