  8. Make small tikkis from mixture
  9. Shallow fry both sides.
  10. When becomes.golden brown
  11. Remove on a tissue
  12. Sprinkle chat masala.
  13. Serve with chutney.

Quick-cooking vegetables like zucchini and tomatoes will do fine over direct heat, but we recommend indirect heat for most vegetable skewers.
