- Get For tempering-
- Make ready 2 tbsp Ghee
- Prepare 1 tsp panch foran(five spices)
- Take to taste Salt
- Get 1 tsp sugar
- Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Get 1/2 cup bori (dried lentil dumplings)
- Prepare as needed Coriander leaves for garnish

- Boil two cups water with little Salt and Turmeric. Then add daal and all the vegetables and cook till it is cooked.
- Once the vegetables, dal are cooked, take another pan and heat the ghee, add fodan, When starts sputtering pour the boiled vegetables along with crushed Bori.
- Stir it properly. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of masala powder, sugar and salt to taste. Cook the same for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Garnish with1 tsp of ghee serve hot
