- Prepare 1/2 cup Carrot
- Make ready Cut all vegies in juveline
- Get 1/2 cup spring onion (chopped)
- Prepare 1/2 Tsp Red chilli powder
- Prepare Salt
- Get 1/4 Tsp Black pepper
- Take 1 Tbs Soya sauce
- Make ready 1 Tsp Oil
- Prepare Mayo Sauce:
- Take 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- Prepare 1/3 cup Ketchup
- Prepare 1 Tbsp Chilli sauce
- Prepare 1 pinch Salt
- Make ready 1 pinch black pepper
For Assembling: In a serving dish, spread a layer of rice on the dish. Add second layer of stir fried vegetables with noodles, than third layer of chicken gravy.
