  2. Cut chicken and boil, then spices and fry it separately.
  3. Add chicken and sauce, then cut spinach leaves as desired.
  4. Masa; wash and soak rice in water for 3 to four hours and grind it without much water
  5. Add yeast and flour then mix thoroughly and keep in warm place for 3 to 4 hours until increased by 2 or 1 and half its original quantity.
  6. You now add sugar and baking powder and little water to the batter and preheat your masa pan and pour 1tsp on each hole then you keep turning then when its light brown in colour and serve.
