- Add 500 ml of water.once it's boiling add the peas and the potatoes.add salt to taste
- Cover it and leave to simmer till potatoes are soft
- In a separate pan heat 2 spoonful of cooking oil and add onions,stir till golden brown.
- Add the cabbages and salt to taste.Stir and let it simmer for 5 minutes
- Serve with a cold juice.enjoy
