- After one hour take the dough knead again for 2-3 minutes. Then make the medium size balls from the dough.now take a balls press in the between put the filling mixture in it and cover from all side equally.prepare six ball like in this way.
- In a baking tray put one balls in the middle then put one by one ball to attach eachother.press lightly from all sides to fix it well.now apply little milk on it and sprinkle sesame seeds on it cover with a wet cotton cloth and leave it for ten minutes.
- Preheat the oven on 180 ° and put the tray in oven and bake the buns for 12-15 minutes on 180°.
