- After the mixture has risen(double it's size),then u add ur flour and mix again,cover and set ur pan on fire
- Heat your masa pan with a little oil in each scoop
- Scoop the mixture into each masa scoop and allow to bake for some minutes on medium heat
- Turn the down side in order to allow d other side to bake too
- After that,do thesame to d remaining mixture
- Your fluffy baked scoop rice is ready😋enjoy with honey,peppersoup,offals peppersoup or any soup of choice
