  4. Ab tori tori sticks daal kar frying kar le. Phir plate mein nikaal kar sauce ya chutney ke sath sherb Karein.

Combine Potato Buds & hot water. Add remaining ingredients in given order, mix well. Cook in boiling salted water until they rise to the top.
