  1. Take maida in mixing bowl,add salt and ghee in it. Mix well
  2. Make little space in center (hole). In that add curd, baking powder, sugar powder and keep aside for 5 mins.
  3. After 5 mins, mix everything and with milk bind into semi soft roti dough. Knead for few minutes. Apply little ghee all over prepared dough and keep cover for 3 hours.
  4. Now divide the dough into 3 balls. Roll each in thin roti (as thin as you can) with dusting with rice flour.
  5. Now place round kadhai inverted on gas. Apply oil all over on kadhai, turn on gas flame. As kadhai become hot, gently place rolled roti on it.
  6. As bubble appear on roti,flip and by pressing method roast it with thick cloth by rotating on kadhai.
  7. Cook till crispy golden brown. Similarly prepare all.
  8. In mixing bowl add butter,melt it. Add red chilli powder, roasted cummin seeds powder,chaat masala.Mix well. Keep aside.
