  7. Butter a loaf pan, place dough in trying to avoid degassing it. The best way I found was to (pour) into the loaf pan. A little coaching will be needed.
  8. Use reserve butter to butter top of loaf. (Small bits scattered on top will work fine.
  9. Cover with a towel and let rise for 45 mins.
  10. Preheat oven to 425°F (218C) bake for 12 mins. Lower temperature to 375°F (190C) and bake an additional 22 mins.
  11. Cool on a wire rack and enjoy.
