  28. Take 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder

  32. Take For (Ingredients Kesari Halwa):
  33. Make ready 1 cup Rava (suji)
  34. Get 1.5 cup water
  35. Make ready 2 tbsp ghee
  36. Prepare 5-6 saffron strands soaked in 1 tbsp warm milk

Instructions to make LUNCH-THALI Aloo Makhana,Namken kaddu,Jeera RaitaHalwa,JowarPuri:
  1. (Aloo Makhana): Take a pressure cooker heat ghee add cumin seeds fry for a second, add onion paste saute for 2 minutes, Now add Tomato paste, ginger paste saute for 3-4 minutes, now add all spices mix well.
  2. Add Makhana and potato water stir well cover and cook for 2 whistles. Ready.
  3. (Namkeen Kaddu): Firstly, wash and peel it cut into small pieces. Now take a pressure cooker heat oil add cumin, methi seeds, red chilli fry for a second, add garlic, onion, saute for 3 minutes add tomato, green chilli saute for 2 minutes add all spices and kaddu pieces mix well cover and cook for 3 whistles. Garnish and Serve.
  4. (Jeera Raita): Take a bowl whisk curd add red chilli, salt, chaat masala, crushed jeera mix well. Ready to serve.
  5. (Kesari Halwa):- Take a non-stick pan heat ghee add Rava saute on low medium heat till Rava roast completely now add saffron milk mix well, add sugar, nuts and water mix well cook on medium to high flame stir continuously till thicken. Ready to serve.
  6. (Jowar Puri): Mix together all the ingredients knead a tight dough by adding lukewarm water. Cover and rest for 15 minutes.
  7. Grease a plastic sheet, take a small portion of dough spread into a small puri with your finger tips.
  8. Heat oil in kadai, drop puri deep fry till crisp, Drain on kitchen towel. Ready to serve.
