- Add flour, instant yeast and sugar to mixing bowl. Mix all together with spoon. Then make a well in the middle.
- Add margarin and oil into the well. Then add the salt.
- Mix 200 ml water with egg yolk. And pour to the well. Switch on the stand mixer to low speed. Add another 100ml of water slowly. If the dough is too hard, add more water. - Mix for 7-10 minutes or until the dough is not sticky on your hand.
- Remove the dough. Shape into a ball and place the dough into a floured bowl. Cover and let rise in a warm place till double (approximately 30minutes)
- Take out the dough. And devide into 2 equal dough (mine is 440/each) - Then punch the dough with your hand. And flatten it.
- Fold the dough 3 times until the shape turn like this.
- Place the dough in a greased loaf pan. Cover and rest it for another 15minutes or until double the size. - While waiting for the dough to rise up, you can pre-heat your oven to 180-185 Celsius.
- Brush water on top of the dough. To prevent the crust on top. - And bake for 15-18 minutes or until its golden brown.
