Steps to make Puri bhaji:
  1. Firstly take 2potatoes,wash it properly and put it in pressure cooker for 3 whistles then take potatoes and peel it and cut in small pieces
  2. Then take lahsun,adrak, green chillies and moongfali dana in mixi pot and grind it.
  3. Take a utensil and put on gas.gas is on flame is medium.put oil,then some jira and lahsun adrak paste upto light brown stir continuously.
  4. Then put tomatoes in mixi pot and grind it.then put this tomato pury in it.add salt as ur taste,1/3 spoon red chilli powder,1/4spoon of haldi powder.
  5. Then stir it and put half spoon of kicheen king masala and half spoon of pavbhaji masala.
  6. Then put cutted pieces of boil potatoes and stir for five minutes then put one glass of water.and check salt again.
  7. Then sim gas for 5min and close with plate. Then at last put 1 big spoon of ghee in fry pan,heat it and put in sabji. Put coriander leaves at time of serving.due to lockdown coriander leaves is not available so I am not spreading on it.
  8. For puris,take wheat flour put some salt,half spoon red chilli powder,one fourth spoon black pepper powder and add water to make perfect dough.
  9. Then take kadai put on gas,gas is on put some oil. when is heated put puri in it put golden brown.take out on newspaper or tissue.
  10. At last serve your pudi bhaji, with onion and pickle.friends due to lockdown pickle is not available at our home but if you try this recipe and eat it with pickle and onion it's taste is double thanks
