- Transfer to a serving plate.
- Serve with steamed Rice.

For this particular dish, it is ideal to use a fatty cut of pork, such as liempo, or dark chicken meat, such as chicken thighs. Pour-in the vinegar, bring to a boil without stirring. Stir and then add the sugar (or ssweetener) and fish sauce. However, I tried to add something to enhance the flavor due to the absence of soy sauce. In this case, I added pork cubes.
