  2. Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan add mustard seed and let them papaya after that add chopped carrots, chopped capsicum,chopped onions and sauté them until properly cook.
  3. Now add turmeric powder,salt,chilli powder,and cooked vermicelli and mix them well. Adding garlic powder and chopped spring onions and mix them well.
  4. Now cook it for 1 min and our dish is ready to serve.enjoy it hot.
