- For the chutney. Make a paste of coriander, green chiles, ginger. Add salt, chat masala and jerra powder. Then add mayo to it. Mix it well. Now cut the quesadilla before serving.
But if you want to make in non vegetarian by adding a slice of ham or chicken and do exatly the same. If you have a grill pan you will lovely char lines in it.
