  4. Add tomato paste & brown sugar, stir again. Let stew boil until reaching desired thickness. Serve over white rice or with bread.

I prefer to make it in the slow cooker, but it can be made stove top also. Great served over mashed potatoes or rice. Place cubed beef and flour in a resealable plastic bag. Seal and shake to evenly coat beef with flour. Heat the oil in a frypan over medium heat and brown beef on all sides.
