The ingredients needed to make Lasagne:
  1. Get 1 Small onion
  2. Prepare 1 large can diced tomatoes
  3. Make ready to taste Oregano

  7. Get 1/2 cup Beef broth or red wine
  8. Take 2 tbsp sugar

  13. Take as needed Lasagne noodles (not instant)
  14. Take 2 lbs Ground beef about
  15. Make ready 2-3 tbsp tomato paste

Gently heat the oil in a large frying pan with a lid. Assemble the lasagne completely, then cool. Store in an airtight container and freeze for up to three months. The Bolognese sauce is made with a mixture of beef and pork mince.

Instructions to make Lasagne:
  1. Mix egg with ricotta parsley and salt to taste. Put in Fridge
  2. Fry onions on low heat until tiny and browned. Add garlic.
  3. Soak noodles in hot water for 30 minutes
  4. Add beef and brown. Drain oil if any.
  5. Add tomato paste and red pepper flakes and garlic and cook for 2 more minutes.
  6. Add wine/broth tomatoes, basil, oregano. Simmer for 15 minutes to 45 minutes…. Up to you. Might need to add some tomato sauce if it's too dry.
  7. Assemble. Meat sauce, then noodles. Then ricotta, sprinkle mozerella, meat sauce, parm (option). Repeat 2x then top with meat sauce and moz and parm cheese.
  8. Cover with tin foil and bake

The addition of prosciutto, red wine, cinnamon, and nutmeg make it truly authentic. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Cook the noodles "al dente" so they'll still have quite a bite to them. When they're finished cooking, drain, rinse with cool water, and lay the noodles flat on a sheet of aluminum foil. Drain and drizzle a bit of olive oil to prevent noodles.
