  2. Make ready Dried lily flower(soak)
  3. Get 5 pcs Black fungus(soak)
  4. Take 2 dried mushroom (soak)

  6. Get Spring onion
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  8. Take 1 tsp soy sauce

Just cut bean curd into smaller pieces and deep fry till golden brown. Then in a simple combination of assorted vegetables, meat, prawn and mushrooms, cooked them in a rich, flavourful and thickened sauce. When done, serve it piping hot in a claypot with equally piping hot steamed rice. It comes in a number of different forms that are commonly used in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Southeast Asian cuisine.

Instructions to make Vegetarian Beancurd:
  1. Cut bean curd into small pieces, deep fry in oil. Set aside
  2. Stir fry ginger and garlic until fragnant. Add mushroom stir fry until it turns brown. Add all ings,including the sauce. Cook for a while until ings have absorbed the flavours and the sauce thickened. Add spring onion then dish up.

Bean curd can be enjoyed uncooked or fried, steamed, baked, grilled, stewed, or stir-fried. It consists of an assortment of vegetables cooked in coconut milk gravy. As I am cooking it as a vegetarian dish, I have omitted onions and garlic for this recipe.
