- Wash Greens
- Fill pot with water, turn fire on medium heat, and let boil
- Once water is to a rapid boil add pepper, Ms.Dash, Bacon or Hamhock, let cook for 15 min.
- Once Bacon or Hamhock is halfway cooked, add Greens.
- Turn fire to low heat, let greens cook for 4 hrs!, Low and slow!
- Keep checking every 1/2 hr, if water gets low just add more.
