  3. Once water is to a rapid boil add pepper, Ms.Dash, Bacon or Hamhock, let cook for 15 min.
  4. Once Bacon or Hamhock is halfway cooked, add Greens.
  5. Turn fire to low heat, let greens cook for 4 hrs!, Low and slow!
  6. Keep checking every 1/2 hr, if water gets low just add more.
