  4. At 160 wrap pork in aluminum foil and smoke until internal temperature reaches 205 degrees.
  5. Let pork sit 1 hour at room temperature before pulling.

This pork shoulder came out awesome. Wrap tight in plastic and refrigerate overnight. Pulled pork on a smoker is very simple. I made this recipe and I have to say I have never tasted anything so wonderful!! I always think I'll have leftovers, but all I have left is a bone and a few pieces of fat!
