  1. pre-heat oven to 400
  2. brown ground beef til no longer pink.Mix in seasoning lower heat add sauce and simmer for 10-15 min. Allow to cool.
  3. After bringing a pot of water to a boil. Add noodles cook to desire tenderness. Drain and allow to cool in ice bath(ice water)
  4. mix eggs,ricotta and green onion and parmesan cheese.
  5. spray lasagna pan with non stick spray. Add serving sized spoon of meat sauce on bottom of pan. layer noodles at bottom of pan overlapping each other. Spread ricotta mixture evenly over noodles
  6. Add meat sauce spreading evenly as well. Top W/mozzarella cheese and repeat steps til filling is gone or your happy..!
  7. ending with meat sauce and mozzarella cheese on top. spray top with cooking spray. Cover with foil and Wait…. Well worth it..
